Can I lose 36 lbs in 3 months if I run 2 miles on me treadmill 5 times a week?

I am on a 1400 calorie diet, and working out 5 times a week, 2 miles on the treadmill and 7 minutes on the elliptical, the next day I add Hula buns and abs, and the next back to no video….I’m not seeing results why? it’s so discouraging according to my BMI and so on 1400 is what i need every day to reach my goal…….what am I doing wrong I’m exercising eating healthy, and still no results could it be because I am on the depo shot? please help I don’t wanna give up! been doing this for 2 weeks straight haven’t lost 1 lb! :( My husbands Batallion ball is coming up and I need to change for me and for my kids!
lol thanks…I’ve got 5 lb weights I just didn’t know what to do with them, should I walk or run? i sweat a ton when I run and nothing when I walk lol.

from reading and from personal experience i don’t think so.
took me 5months to lose 30lbs eating 1300 to 1500cals a day.
diet for women suggested 1100 to 1300cals a day and they lost 20lbs or less in 3 months.
some weeks i didn’t lose any weight either. most i lost in a week was 2lbs.

    2 miles on the treadmill isn’t enough. You need to up the ante by either increasing the speed, distance or incline. Pick your choice, eventually you’ll be so in shape to up all 3!

    Oh, and go pick up some 5 lb weights (or cans of soup.. or a small cat for that matter) & pump your arms while your on the treadmill, it’s a fuller-body workout and causes your heart to pump more blood, which will make it stronger.

    edit: I think 36 might be pushing it, don’t be disappointed if only 20 come off, it’ll be a great lifestyle change for you & your family.
