what’s wrong with this story????

Joe and Tom and the other boys in the bar were exchanging old war stories. Joe offered one about how his grandfather led a batallion against a German division during World War 1. Through brilliant maneuvers, he defeated them and captured valuable territory. After the battle, he was awarded a medal that was inscribed with: "For Bravery, Daring and Leadership. World War 1. From the Men of Batallion 8."
Tom looked at Joe and said, "You really don’t expect anybody to believe that, do you?"

What’s wrong with the story?

the story is wrong because during world war 1 it was called the great war…and not WW1…because they didnt know that there was going to be a WW2
