I am on a 1400 calorie diet, and working out 5 times a week, 2 miles on the treadmill and 7 minutes on the elliptical, the next day I add Hula buns and abs, and the next back to no video….I’m not seeing results why? it’s so discouraging according to my BMI and so on 1400 is what i need every day to reach my goal…….what am I doing wrong I’m exercising eating healthy, and still no results could it be because I am on the depo shot? please help I don’t wanna give up! been doing this for 2 weeks straight haven’t lost 1 lb! My husbands Batallion ball is coming up and I need to change for me and for my kids!
lol thanks…I’ve got 5 lb weights I just didn’t know what to do with them, should I walk or run? i sweat a ton when I run and nothing when I walk lol.

from reading and from personal experience i don’t think so.
took me 5months to lose 30lbs eating 1300 to 1500cals a day.
diet for women suggested 1100 to 1300cals a day and they lost 20lbs or less in 3 months.
some weeks i didn’t lose any weight either. most i lost in a week was 2lbs.
