Infantry Regiment

I realize that noone would(should) really know, but nonetheless I am asking anyways.

Asking in regards to the first batallion(?) that went to Afghanistan and was recalled due to some supposed problem with some of the guys or something.

What would they be doing if the SEALs are grabbing HVTs?

Like you said i really do not know the answer but i would assume that MAROC is kicking ass just like Navy SEALs do. I tip my hat to both of them with all respect as welll to everyone else in the military. But like the Navy SEALs they are quite professionals who do not advertise their work so there missions go unnoticed and unrecognized.

Sorry, I got the copy that I watched from the local library. Great acting, though, especially by Rick(y) Schroeder, who had just dropped the ‘y’ in his name.

I am not in an infantry platoon or company. I am actually in an engineer batallion. If i reclass do I not wear them at all?

say you have an infantry batallion would it be all infantrymen or would they have other mos’ in it too

A battalion generally has a total strength of about 500. Most would be infantry but there would also be support trades as well. Medics, cooks, supply, finance etc.

my great grandpas name is William Ceppetelli and he was a sgt. in this batallion. i want a list of the people in his unit thing, and he says there is only 11 people. im getting NOWHERE on the internet. he mentioned a few names…like the youngest’s last name was Mcgee or mckee or something of that nature. please help!!!! the internet isnt helping at all and is completely useless. help!!!!!!!!!!!

You might try some US government resources. Please see the "archives.gov" link below to start your search.

If that fails, you might try a website called "VetFriends". Apparently it’s dedicated to reuniting soldiers. However be aware I have no experience with this website and I can’t vouch for it at all. Also I think they charge a fee.

Does anybody know where i can get info on an Revolutionary soldier? I have an ancestor who fought in that war… Shadrach Doty born 9/18/1763 died sometime after 1805.Do they have records of what batallion they served in or ….something.

Ancestry.com shows him appearing as a Private in the Connecticut militia. Since the lineage is attached to the arrival of the Mayflower, you’ve got quite a field to harvest.

I sold my PS2 and got a Wii because i have kids. I want a single player game that is fun…They all seem very lame to me…I used to play Twisted Metal 2, Madden Football, GTA (2,3,4) …Now I love Starcraft online….

This depends on if you’re looking for a games that’s fun when kids aren’t around or when they are.

When kids are around I’d have to say Super Smash Brothers is best, I play it with my 4 year old daughter all the time. I love it becasue I’m still playing against to chalenging CPU characters she loves it because no matter how bad she does she gets to keep playing.

Metroid Prime Coruption isn’t too gorey. And Zelda isn’t either but it might scare younger kids.

As far as when kids aren’t around I’d say either No More Heros, Manhunt 2 , Medal Of Honor Heroes 2, or Resident Evil 4.
