In the end, maintaining your weight loss is going to be about making sensible decisions. You may as well start with making the decision as to what weight loss plan will work best with your lifestyle and your likes. But eating right is not the only thing that has to happen. You will have to exercise. I don’t know anyone that has reached their goal weight without exercising. You can start by walking 20 minutes 3 days a week and then increasing the length of time and the number of days each week. You will also have to add strength exercises and stretching exercises.
