Curriculum Components That Develop Peak Experience
Two components jump out as they relate to their influence on the development of peak experiences. The first is the idea that education method courses should include some segment on the peak experience theory. By teaching this idea to teachers, they have an opportunity to become more aware of how these experiences can have in their classrooms. If taught early enough, teachers will be more apt to implement strategies and develop a classroom environment that is conducive for the development of peak experiences. Another component would be that of the in class discussion. For many, the idea of peak experience is a strange concept.
