What essential fatty acid do you get in flax seed?

There are two essential fatty acids (EFA’s) you have to have in your diet; they are named essential simply because your body are not able to make them for itself. The main sort you receive once you buy flax seed meal products is Omega 3 oil (alpha linolenic acid). It isn’t as easy to receive all of the essential fatty acids from flax as it is from consuming oily fish or supplementing fish oils.
